Pam Krug assisted in the sale of my 3-story commercial building in the University District.... In all cases she respected my wishes for the building and sale.

When we finally did receive a suitable offer, Pam managed it fully – it was a challenging transaction with multiple realtors involved on the buyer side, and she both insulated me from the mechanics and kept me informed of the status. The sale was completed effectively, and in the end I was able to achieve all my goals related to the sale of the building including price, timeframe, and the integrity of the tenant. I can recommend Pam’s/Seavest’s services without hesitation.
