Pam Krug, CCIM 
President / Designated Broker, Seattle Office

Pam Krug founded Seavest Realty in 1982 and has specialized in the brokerage of income property and property management for 33 years. With a multi-million dollar transaction track record, she has focused in the Pacific Northwest and Las Vegas, as well as key markets throughout the United States. Sales transactions have included multi-family, shopping centers, office buildings and retail properties. Emphasis in the Seattle and Pacific Northwest markets has focused on multi family and office, as well as working with developers for new projects. The Las Vegas market has focused on shopping centers and office buildings, both in brokerage and property management. Nationally, Pam Krug has focused on NNN single tenanted properties and1031 exchanges for clients.

In addition to experience in brokerage and management of properties, Pam Krug brings her expertise as a consultant for investment portfolios in both the Seattle and national marketplace. Ms. Krug is the President and Designated Broker of Seavest Realty, as well as Seavest Management, a division of Seavest Realty, in the Seattle office.

Pam Krug graduated with a B.A. from University of Oregon in 1971. She received her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 1993 and was named CCIM Washington State Broker of the Year in 1996.

Katherine Krug
Designated Broker and Property Manager,  Las Vegas Office

Katherine Krug opened the Las Vegas branch of Seavest Realty in 2007. Ms. Krug's  background has been sales for condominium and condominium-hotel investments in the Las Vegas area. She joined Seavest Realty after in-house sales positions for Las Ramblas, the 4,000 room hotel, casino and condominium project proposed by the Related Companies, and the 4,000 room mixed-use W Hotel & Casino proposed by Edge Group. Ms. Krug has leased retail property in mixed-use projects around the country. Among other endeavors, Ms Krug was Project Manager on notable hospitality projects such as the Viceroy Snowmass and the Little Nell Hotel in Snowmass, CO as well as  numerous condominium buildings in New York City, NY.

In addition to a Nevada broker license, Ms. Krug holds a Nevada property management license and a New York salesperson's real estate license.

Ms Krug is a graduate of Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT with a B.A. in psychology.

Imiteria Kahue

Imiteria Kahue joined the Seavest team in 2010.  Her many years of experience in Operations Management, Accounting and the tech industry give her a unique perspective on property management and a multitask skill level beyond reproach. Imiteria's expertise includes project management, budgeting and financial reporting, along with motivating and training staff.  She places customer relations and communication high on her list. Her endless enthusiasm and organizational skills are important assets to Seavest Realty, Inc. and our clients.
