Mr. Krug was admitted to practice law in the State of Washington in 1973. Mr. Krug's law practice centered on tax, securities, and condominium acquisition, conversion and sales prior to his leaving the practice of law in 1978. Since founding Blakely Development in 1982. Mr. Krug has converted dozens of condominium buildings in the Pacific Northwest and Phoenix market, in addition to investing in numerous apartment buildings, office buildings, and shopping centers in the Pacific Northwest and Las Vegas markets. Mr. Krug consults with Seavest Realty Inc on site selection and development, renovation, property rezone/change of use and historical preservation and restoration.
Paul E. Krug graduated from Columbia University in 1968 and from the University of Washington School of Law in 1973. Mr. Krug was Executive Co - Editor of the Law Review at the University of Washington and graduated with honors as a member of the Order of the Coif.

Imiteria Kahue joined the Seavest team in 2010. Her many years of experience in Operations Management, Accounting and the tech industry give her a unique perspective on property management and a multitask skill level beyond reproach. Imiteria's expertise includes project management, budgeting and financial reporting, along with motivating and training staff. She places customer relations and communication high on her list.
